Well, trust me, dudes bigger than you think, met him in person. Says he's smaller than me, its a fucking lie. Matt's legit

I scored really high actually, but my bullshit meter cut in super early whilst reading your novel. So the banks in which I store short term memory pushed those words out with the rest of the garbage I was storing in there from the past 5 minutes. Needless to say that is all I cared to take from your post about gayfit ;).

He ended up giving her herpes, he didn just ruin dreams, he fucking killed them with fire.

Yea, I'll toss in a metcon here and there. Nothing too crazy though. Def don't go 100% either. I save the 100% for sprints. Metcons I'll keep up pace, but won't go all out.
Yea, CF/circuits/intervals really helped me with conditioning and recovery when I was rucking all the time. Rucking is pretty much the only thing that would help me get my speed up on those 12 milers, but my recovery was pretty quick. Some dudes would be laid up all weekend, limping around. While the ones who did some type of interval stuff were fine later that day. Hopefully I'll never do another timed 12 miler, so no more ruck-running for me.

F Art??? Kind of a bad name for a photographer to use.
FYI, I noticed that AFTER I looked at the main subject of the photo.

A possibility, and false. I need to have friends first for that.
Aw, thanks Phil. But, you don't have to lie to these guys. I'm still just a 5'9'' skinny guy, chasing a 200lbs dream.

If my ol' lady keeps feeding me the way she does, my gut isn't too far behind...And I finally crossed the 185 mark. Hopefully school doesn't throw a wrench into my progress.

Still got some catching up to do, nothing a few double doubles cant take care of
I weigh every couple weeks or so to see if I am fluctuating or staying consistent.

Everyone on TW is your friend. Except maybe that freakishly big Asian guy. I hear he's out to steal people's gainz.

I think school throws a wrench into everyone's gains. I haven't worked out since Dec. 20, when the gym on campus closed. Now it's open and today will be my first day back since. Doing back/pull. Going to be some weak sauce lifts going on.

The way my schedule plays out I have plenty of time. I'll have to rejoin the 5am club, but that helps beat the traffic. The cafe at school has pretty healthy choices for food, but there's no shortage of good places to eat.
