    Well I work at in the Gilber's and hit the 24 hour off of baseline and 101. 24 will give you shit for grouping with me, Gold's is usually cool about non members hitting it as long as I dont abuse it. Shit for 10 bucks a month I will join yours just so we dont have to worry. I need a new partner as Jon has gotten antsy in his pants about his workout regime. Wants me to do his only, not my cup of tea.

    Roman dead lifts v back extensions on the thingy (not sure what it's called...)

    When I do RDLs, it does not feel like I am getting a workout, it just feels like I am doing work as opposed to extensions I actually feel a pump going on.

    Any real difference between the two?

    I am doing 155-175 on rdls and holding a 25 for extensions. Both are the same reps just different days. usually 5x8 maybe a little more on extensions if I actually have time.

    It does look a bit shopped but she is also posing. She def competes, look at her form. My girl has flab, need to get her back into the gym now that work has calmed down. Her legs are defined as fuck though:cool:

    Same here. Just got done. Did squats, deads, leg curls, leg extensions, and some calve stuff. Dem bitches are gonna be sore tomorrow. Luckily, I'm off and can lay around and jerk o....watch t.v.

    I skip dead lifts for the rack, I know that shit will kill my back. But add 20 minutes of cardio and that is the workout I am about to perform.:cool:

    yeah, I haven done legit squats in awhile so I am going to see how these feel, if I'm good I might do deads.....
