Also, back in the gym for the first time in a week. Nose is plugged up still but I feel in full strength-ish. Supersetting push pull today.

 

Hit chest and shoulder this morning, one of my weakest body parts.
Barbell flat, worked up to 3 reps of 275 with 1 second pause at the bottom, really been focusing on the glute and ham drive outta the bottom and it's been working good.

Overhead press, went up to 205 for a set of 6

Incline dumbbell press, only went up to 110 dumbbells for 6 reps because some fucktard decide to do shrugs right in front of me with the 120s for 10 mins, literally right in front of me, if i sit up it's his ass 5 inches from my face.

finished with delt raise super sets and chest flys.

kinda sucks because when i benched with incorrect form i could bench so much more, now that im taking shoulder out of it i straight up suck at benching.

 

chicks are allowed on smith machines, it's in the rule book i checked.

Oh hell no lol my shits legal and was prescribed to me at one point lol I just use as necessary and that's why I had some for this emergency.

 

i think i still have 2 bottles of hydro and 1 bottle of norco in my boxO'drugs. i try not to take them when i get prescribed so when i really need it i don't have to go to the doc and get another one. over here they give you hydro like its halloween candy.

 

I do the same. They all need there license revoked IMHO.

i had a tooth infection last year, the pain was not too bad its the constant pain that drove me crazy, 24/7 non stop for 2 week i said F it and had it pulled out.

 

I have this hole that's infected with the tooth half gone and my wisdom tooth has pushed it outwards (the rest of my teeth are straight somehow) and everyone and then it acts up. Usually I can handle the pain but it's getting worse and has been increasing the past few days.

 

better off pulling it out bro, good chance its infected.
