    I have trace amounts of sugar in the vegetables I eat, but during the week, yes, I eat plain meat and vegetables...that's it. Meat cooked in olive oil and vegetables. That's it. No fruits, no chips, no snacks. The ~36 hr carb-up is just that: A CARB UP! You're stuffing your face full of carbs for 36 hours.

    Now, I don't care if it sounds dumb or illogical but, in 1 month, I have gone from 203 to 185 and my arms and chest are the same size. My bench has gone up, as well as my squats and deads. This shit works

    From the outside looking in I have never seen someone that looked the way I want to look drinking a coke, let alone two of them. I'm jealous cause I love pop, but thats why I don't drink it.
