    Glad you hate CrossFit, too.

That's what's good about this diet; You eat strict as fuck for 5 days and get to carb out for 36 hours, as long as it's low fat....read the link I posted and you'll understand....go look at the guy who created LeanGains, a form of Intermittant fasting....he's around 5% bf and drinks like a fish once a week.

My stats are close to yours, except I'm 4" taller, benching about 20 lbs more, and am trying to go from 15% (where I started after my bulk) to around 8%....I'd say I'm around 11% right now....but we're about even on all our other lifts

again, if you don't want to be on the outside looking in, read the link.

    Nothing wrong with that den

    HA!

Yeah, most likely I will be adding lifting with Matt here in the next week or so so I can obtain that tripple plate status.

Here are some pics. I am not small, but definitely not big. I think I am probably right now sitting at more like 13%, jut looking my pics I just took. I have been trying hard though to put on weight all fall - winter. Typically I sit at about 10% and can see most of my abs.

Those aren't all mine. Just The Curse. Bought the big one and they sent me a free 10 serving thing of it. The bullnox is for one of my buddies, and they sent him a free thing of D-Stunner. My other buddy bought the White Flood. I just ordered it all to cuz down on shipping since we were all ordering somthin.

Well...at least we know the stuff works. Haha. They're gonna let me try theirs and they're gonna try mine. I really like The Curse. Gives ya plenty of energy, for sure.

Crossfitters at my gym of course have their own room. The door used to be in the room where they do Zumba. Well...they decided to move the door. Where did they put it? IN THE MEN'S LOCKER ROOM! Then they decided to put up a shower curtain to separate the new door for the CF room and the new "locker room". The crossfitters and the lifters haven't been in good standing for a while there (because they would come in and take the dumbbells, along with other equipment) and take them outside and get them filthy in the dirt) so now, we're really not on good terms. We've decided we're just gonna accidentally leave our "curtain" open and randomly stand there naked when the CFers come out. Oops!

I'll post pics in a minute of how small our new changing room is. There were 3 of us in there today when I got there and I was terrified to bend over because it was already basically pole to hole in there...

No. We're blaming the crossfitters. I think the CF coach and one of the gym managers have a thing...

Basically, the CFers run the gym now. And the whole locker room thing is the most retarded thing I've ever seen. We're raising hell. Lol. It's kinda fun.

Ok, real stats, I haven't maxed on squats in over 4 years. I did reps at 255 the other day, so I'm just gonna 275.

    Height: 5'8"
    Weight: 155
Bench (as of 1 1/2 months ago): 265
    Squat (we'll say): 275
    Deads (Never REALLY maxed): 315

So a quick summary. Carbnite is very similar to what you're doing. Only downfall people state is no carbs after gym limits recovery.

Carb backloading is no carbs unless you workout, then after workout you slam carbs all night. Then when you wake, back to no carbs. (When I say no carbs, of course there is a small amounts in vegetables. So no carbs = 30ish grams.)
With backloading, it's mostly beneficial for people who work out in the afternoon.
If you're a morning person, they say eat like a banana, then go carb free until dinner time frame, then eat carbs. I think they recommend watching the type of carbs though. Not sure, I never really read up on it as I like my afternoon workouts.
I like the carb BL. I feel I have good recovery and good energy levels. Plus, I can eat/drink massive amounts of carbs, then still wake up with low BF%.
