LOL, finishing up with the gym or cleaning out your sharted area?
Nice, I think I am completely skipping this season. Snow right now is not so hot and I have to much money tied up in my current projects. Its a win/loss/win scenario:(

The first thing I do when I get to the gym is take a shit I dont want any close calls. The preworkout normally makes me not have a choice in the matter anyways :anonymous:

I just took my 2nd shit for the morning, which means my gym time this afternoon should be phenomenal. Gonna hit chest one more time and then switch back to back on Tuesday through Friday. probably gonna work in some legs as mine have shrunk and I don't like the feeling anymore.

i got asked to leave the gym once time because i was bleeding too much from my shins. makes me wanna get my own little dungeon like you

Just finished squatting to a max 21 days in a row. I was really paying attention to knee pain, and didnt feel any till the last 2 days. My squat went from 225 1rm to 275 1rm, and ASS TO GRASS, every single rep. Every part of my body got stronger though. I got the idea from here:

I crack open my shin every time I do cleans or DLs. Never fails. It's always the same spot, so it never gets a chance to heal.
Over Christmas break, I didn't lift for about 2-3 weeks, and when I went back my shins were finally healed. First set of power cleans I bust it right open.
    My shins are always bleeding.
