45 days on usually a year off. but im going to do the most intense rapid cycling ever in 2 months. its 30 on 30 off - 30 on 30 off and a finish of 45 on. ill put on about 20 pounds of muscle every 30 days on. i should keep 30 of it and sit around 240

I had a nice talk with a family member of mine who's a doctor/former research biochemist about different suppliment crap, but since this dude was big my friend ignores science for "HE'S FUCKIN HUGENORMOUS!"

semi-rant end. But it still pissed me off.

Of clean muscle? Idk about that. It also has a lot to do with ur test levels.
Side note: as a statistic myself I would reconsider ur new planned cycle bro. Your nuts will stop producing as it'll depend on the PH and PH only

assuming your not being sarcastic lol. warmup with 3 sets of deadlifts ( i start with 135 and end with 225 - keeping it low weight but keeping perfect form) and shrug at the peak. then do 3-4 sets of partial deadlifts with extremely high weight and shrug at the top. i warmup my partials with 315 and end at 405 - only doing sets of 3-4 reps.

then move to the trap seat thing (whatever it is called) i start with 2 plates each side (relatively low weight) do a set of ten standing shrugs facing the machine - immediately do a set of ten facing away (no rest between) run to the pullup station and do 6-10 shoulder pullups as fast as possible. do 3 sets of this. i do not go higher than 3 plates and a 25 on each side

oh and im juiced out the game lol

i dont shrug and have pretty big traps, but i go hard on shoulder fly's and pinch my traps at the top and ive seen good results.
