    no really. try using less egg whites. Ill just add a little bit untill I get the right consistency in the bowl. I kinda have to plop the mixture off the spoon onto the skillet and then spread it out.

    Yesterday I managed to do 3 perfect deadlift sets with 335, snatches with 135 and then proceed to throw my back out with...shrugs? I need to get rid of this knot.
    I almost collapsed on my second set of squats today. That was a poor decision.

    Anybody have some advice? I wont see the ol' lady until tomorrow otherwise she could take care of it.

    The tricep machine that you buckle into. I put that at full weight, something like 255 and then torqued out a 3 sets of 12. On the second set my back finally relaxed and I pulled my whole spine apart allowing for everything to go back in line. Might want to try something like that.:cool:

    Working tonight and the place is a fucking mad house...I hate it. My boss loves it, though lol...Until all the newbs die out, I'm gonna be lifting around 11am...no one's ever here then.

    DO you fellas get DOMS after every workout? It's really hard for me to get DOMS in my shoulders, bi's, calves, abs and back. I understand that the smaller muscles recover faster, but I went hard as fuq yesterday on my back yesterday and I've got 0 soreness. Pisses me off

    I don't really get it anymore either. When I switch to a new workout I will get it sometimes the first couple times, but nothing after that on any muscle group. I have been taking BCAAs and it seems to really help. I kinda miss the pain sometimes though

    Same here, I love the pain...the only DOMS I don't like are leg day DOMS...
