The gas station right by my house has those, although they only have them in chocolate and vanilla. We sell the 35g banana ones at our gym and they're amazing.

Don't overdo it! That's why I don't dirty bulk anymore...I hate getting above 15% bf. Clean bulking isn't hard, though....you just feel full all the fking time from the whole grain carb shit.

I know I feel like a fat ass! I have been clean bulking just wanted to get your guys take on how long, some say a year, some say 6months, and of course you have to go with what your body tells you.

^^^Or this. I opt out of this b/c I never follow through with the cardio portion

Haha whoever told you to bulk for a full year is a fool, IMO! 99% of people that that do the cut/bulk cycle are only doing it to look good and ripped in the summer time and getting big in the winter time. If you never bulked, you'd lose all your muscle and just get skinnier and skinnier every time you cut. Conversely, if you never cut, you'd look like a fatass 365 days a year...that's why the majority of people bulk until about 3 months prior to beach season, so they can gain a lot of muscle (and fat) in the off-season and get shredded without looking like a beanpole during the beach season

Although, there is the other 1% who bulk and cut for contests, which is a totally different ballgame, as they're goal is to get around 4-5% bf for just 1 day. A bf% that low can only be sustained for a few days before you start cramping, getting dehydrated, and all that crap.

Each off season should be a bulking period.

Meaning, after about October to the just part of Jan, be bulking. Then cut to whatever weight you want for spring break and keep it there through the summer. Unless you can cut fast like in a 3 week program or something.

Just got back from the gym, empty as usual, did squats first then flat bench and overhead press. felt crazy strong today despite i only took 1 day rest between the 2 leg days, banged out 8 reps of 405 like it's a fucking joke. stuck with the 5x5 theme. then on to bench went with the 3x8 theme, worked up to 315 triples, again easy as fuck, overhead press kinda sucked but then i was already tired. 5x5 went up to 185.

shit they can have both my gonads, more aerodynamic more sloots.
