Yeah, I've been watching them for like the past hour, since you posted that one lol....good stuff. smart fella.

I got no problem with fat at all! On keto, bacon is my gasoline. But when you pair high fat with high carbs, not everything can be used as energy. You gotta choose one or the other or something's gonna get stored as fat.

If I do high fat, I do low carbs. If I do high carbs (like on a bulk), I do low fat.

High fat and high carbs = fatass

Work on them shoulders! My shoulders have gotten a lot stronger in the last couple months and now I can finally throw the 80s up fairly easily.

Why bizzy diet training program works. 64 min (workout+20 min cardio) and 1050 cal burned. Add in a good diet and in three weeks you're ripped as shit without gear.

Heard that. I had a bad deadlifting experience when I first started, so I usually never go passed 225 on them. Taking a trip to snap city again just ins't worth it to me. I've got 2 dudes meeting me at the gym to do them with me and they're the dudes that do legs once every two months. I'm gonna make em cry :D

FR-S + pre workout + fast paced tunes = bad gas mileage and a quick trip to the gym

Did legs yesterday, as planned. Went to my g/f's afterwards b/c her house is like a mile from the gym and her dad and I ended up in the woods cutting firewood for 2 hrs. You have never done legs until you do that shit. I told him I'd skip leg day every Saturday to help him....my legs are so sore.
