x3...plus, they always throw in a bunch of free samples and, if you order over $70, you get to pick a free gift (protein shaker, shirt, etc.) Bodybuilding.com is da shit

The only thing I was saying was that high carbs + high fat diet = fat gain

Sounds like you've got 2 problems:

    1. You're doing too much physical activity, which burns calories

    2. You're not eating enough to make up for it

Everyone has a set number of calories they consume where they maintain a weight. For me, it's 2500 calories. Ex. When I eat 2500 calories per day, I don't gain or lose weight; that is factoring in my 45 min workout I do 4 times a week. If I added a 3 mile run in, I'd have to eat more to make up for the calories I burned from running.

So, for starters, find out what your caloric maintenance level is by calculating your calories consumed for 1 day. Eat the same amount of calories everyday for a week. If you lose weight, you need to up your calories. IF you stay the same, that's your caloric maintenance. Now, after you find your caloric maintenance number, add about 500 calories to that and eat that many calories per day (for me, it's 3000 calories, since my maintenance is 2500 calories). I prefer a high carb, high protein, low fat diet when bulking. So, simply make sure you're eating 5 or more meals per day with a good source of carbs, protein and some green vegetables in each meal and, most importantly, eat over maintenance.

For a workout program, you don't want to be in the gym 6 days a week, 2 hrs a day b/c you'll just be burning way too many calories. You want to find a good 4 day workout that lasts about 45 mins long and uses heavy weight. I recommend this bulking workout to everyone I talk to trying to gain muscle:

    http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dougs-4-day-split-workout.html

That is the best workout I've ever done and the workouts I do today are just variations of that workout.

You and me both. My gf made a vegetable/fruit smoothie for my lunch today and its got zero protein in it. I just did a good chest and tris workout and I feel like Im jipping myself by eating this rabbit food. Tastes good though.

Gonna confuse the muscles this week, switching the routine, going back to a normal workout. Chest and bis one day, back and tris the next. Time to make these fuckers grow. OOOOOO and pattycakes, CT FLETCHER is going to be at INDEPENDENCE gym in south Scottsdale this Saturday!

I never do chest on Mondays. Too much of a pain in the ass.

I forgot to boil my eggs last night for the week, so I got one of those 40g muscle milks...not too bad

    Yup....drink!

Sat/Sun- attempt to piss off your wife's friends by taking your shirt off and showing off your slightly swollen tricepts.

Pray that by Monday you arent divorced and still allowed to allowed to come back to work after your drunken Facebook posts.

Mon- Repeat with less effort that the week prior. Always decreasing in progress but continue to brag that you're always getting stronger. When your results are questioned, measure your gains compared to the fatter neighbor and tell your wife...well, at least in not that fat!

    Continue drinking...
