    Chest n' arms! Was hopin my wrist would be feelin better...still hurt pretty bad. Was tryin for 4 sets of 5 on decline at 175, 205, 235, 265. Only got 3 of the 265. Wrist was killin me. Oh well.

    Did chest, worked in some tris, then did a bicep circuit at the end. Arms are feelin pumped.

    I agree with all of these, except the 45 degree leg press. Here's a quote from it:

    "...the 45-degree leg press isn’t a functional movement, meaning that unless you want to get better at squatting there really is no point in doing it. The final argument is that there is really no benefit at all, unless you want to get really good at pushing giant weights around with your legs."

    Have any of you guys tried the arnold iron pump preworkout ? I got a free sample when I bought my on protein and decided to try it out this morning. I have been taking preworkouts for about 2 years now first was 1mr then noxplode and now hemovex so my body is use to the caffeine and effects of preworkout. But holy shit after about 15 min of drinking the iron pump my heart felt like it was going to rip out of my chest followed by my face feeling like it had 3rd degree burns that was followed by the rest of my body feeling on fire. I wad driving when this happend and almost had to pull over it was so bad. Then when I got to the gym and took of my sweatshirt my whole body was 5 shades of red and every little stretch mark on my body was like purple and pushing out from my skin. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. Fuck you Arnold !!!

    Yeah I thought I was having an allergic reaction or something. I will just stick to the hemovex. I wanted to try the ON preworkout but now im kind of scared to try anything new :eek:

    I'm working today 12-8 and it's that 1 time of year where it snows in middle GA. There's probably an inch on the ground and there are like 3 people in the gym. I'm so fucking bored.

    I think im growing, past few weeks i've noticed no matter what im constantly hungry, had a 1600 calorie protein shake, was so hungry 45 mins later i didnt feel good, ate a qdoba burrito, than 2 hours later had jimmy johns deliver, and still just feel hungry!

    Don't be mad. Just keep eating, that's what I did when I found out I was over 200, I was like fuck yea!! Now I'm seeing if I can get back down to 180 ish and what I look like there.
