    yeah, it kicks ass, have fun with the break in. my stomach was bruised to the point where it was bleeding in some spots lol just remember don't use it all the time, i only use it when i get pass about 70% max.

    how do you brahs do cardio man. it's so boring, i can hike for hours but 30 mins on a treadmill is torture for me.

    Ugh I can feel my body deteriorating. Been sick back to back for 2 weeks and had to take care of sick baby and mama so haven't been gyming. Might start tonight if lungs are functioning properly

    I should do more than I do, but I do zero cardio when bulking. In the summer, I swim in the pool for my cardio. In the winter, I bulk, so cardio is my enemy. Occasionally, if I go to the doctor and my bp is a little high (high for me is like 130/90), I'll run on the treadmill for like a week lol. But, I eat clean, so my bp is usually okay. I know I should do more for cardiovascular reasons, but it's just so fukkin boring.

    Anyway, middle Georgia had what the news deemed 'SNOWPOCALYPSE 2014' the last 2 days. I have a Toyota, so of course, I had a fucking blast lol. City folks get so butthurt over a little snow...we knee-boarded, wheeled, and drank our bodyweight in alcohol for the past 2 days...I haven't worked out once this week and have eaten pizza, flamin' hot cheetos, and Mexican food :anonymous: Time to snap back to reality, I guess
