    Don't mind me over here with regular pasta haha. I wish I had the dedication (and a kitchen) to eat as clean as some of you guys do. I'm hovering around 210 right now. Mirror bf test puts me around 25-28% guesstimation. It will all be so much easier when I get back to the states.

    My wife has been talking about going to the gym and eating healthy with me. Today she says she wants to take a break from the gym. I say cool, me too, we need a recovery day anyway. She then asks me if I want Five Guys for dinner. Wtf.

    I think she's afraid of progress. I told her to do what she wants. I'm eating some spicy bison chili, g'dammit. I gotta look good at the beach this summer!

    Im 5'10" my trainer said Im right on track for my 5 April show just staying focused and what not... Ill admit I cheat a TINY bit but... for 99% of the time it's clean and super lean

    not all muscle lol. not even close, if I was at 15% with out losing any muscle I'd guess I'd be around 185 ish.
