I thought my lifting days were coming to an end..
Went to the chiropractor today expecting to see a picture of a herniated disk on the x-ray film..........

BUT luckily all I needed was a good cracking and some rest. :kona::yay:

My lower vertebrate had come out of alignment a little and were pinching my nerves. The doc fixed me right up.

I've never been so happy. Without the gym, I dont know what I'd do with my life. :

I did Insanity. I wasn't in great shape, and didn't want to go to the gym. Not gonna lie, it was pretty rough.

my guess is that you will start out strong and make real/healthy food and as time goes on that will turn into simple meals because I am assuming you wont have a lot of storage for ingredients.

    cardio...

Like Daniel said, Insanity is hard as fuq. That was the first thing I ever did when I wanted to get into working out and it killed me. I didn't gain any muscle at all, but did lose a lot of body fat.

EDIT: just saw you've done it before...good luck this go around.

This may be a stupid question, but is this by choice or something you have to do? Usually, when we go camping, we eat healthier b/c everything is grilled, but if I were camping for a week, I'm sure I'd get tired of grilled meat for every meal, as un-American as that sounds...

dude, you should make a documentary out of this. I've got so many questions:
Where do you plan on camping?

What are you going to do about bathing/brushing teeth/washing dishes and clothes?

    What about inclement weather?

    What's your family think?

I think it's a badass idea. I've always to go back in time to the days of roughing it, b/c I think I could, but I'm too much of a puss to actually go through with what you're doing!
