    Here's mine:

The first pic was like 3-4 years ago before I ever stepped foot in a gym. I was about 150 lbs lol.

The second pic is 2 years ago in Mexico Beach, FL @ around 190 lbs.

The last pic is from 3 days ago and at around 203 lbs.

Haha thanks. I've still got those bad boys!

I'm 5'11'' and probably around 13% bf. I'm trying to get below 10 by summer, but my inner fatass keeps coming out on the weekends

Sounds close to me. I've pretty much just said f**k it to a drastic cutting routine. I have to give major props to keto for getting my bodyfat low fast, but I just can't psychologically let myself lose muscle. I'm going back to just eating 200 calories above or below maintenance to ensure that I keep all my hard earned gains, while slowly being able to lose fat and gain muscle.

Might join that hell hole of group, LA fitness. Both my cousins go there, one of which is my age but massive and is back on it hard now. Which means my younger one is trying to catch up on me, which I cant let happen. We will see when I join them in the gym tomorrow.

However, I have come to learn that not one person knows what the fuck they are doing when it comes to workouts.

Since people are posting transformations I'll post up my lifting career. Some bulks/cuts have been skipped lol

Starting weight was 165, highest was 210, sit solid at 200 (last pic) back to cutting now.

Hoping I can squeeze in before 4 pm and be alright. I work 630-730 am till at least an eight hour day. Working construction though guarantees that I never know when I am getting off though.....:(
