    Doooo itttt. I did shoulders and had to throw in triceps in the end cause i missed wednesday. Down to 215lb today and its going to be 85 degrees this weekend so i think im hitting the beach tomorrow !

    But i hold the dumbbells like a hammer curl when i do it and focus on form and really isolate your back. It should feel like your trying to touch your shoulder blades together.

    hey, I kinda like that. A few years ago, I was really big into Matisyahu and it kinda reminded me of him....kinda sounds like Sublime, too

    ha I started cracking down and doing them every week b/c they weren't growing from my once a month routine lol.

    Pros: they're not as sore, they're getting stronger, and slowly getting bigger

    Cons: I have to do legs once a week

    I have naturally big calves so im good there. I have just noticed my quads starting to get soft after the 2 knee surgeries. So I will have to start hitting them weekly again. :(
