Pills and anything ur body needs to break down to process are harsh on the liver. I take liver support (also pill lol) to help the liver.

What would you recommend as a mass supplement and a liver pill? Also prices if you would.

Bro science. No need to gain mass, just be fit.

If you keep your cardio levels up you can eat whatever you want. Be happy with the way you are, its how you were genetically made.

I'm genetically built to have a lean, fit fighter-style body with a super high rate metabolism.

Prohormones are not the answer if you want to be functional and have a high level of fitness. Muscle size does not indicate fitness.

    ^^^My opinions.

Im not doing it for all muscle size though either... all of my most major injuries have been a result of me hitting plateaus and hurting myself trying to get through them. I only want to try the cycle for like a week, maybe two just to see if it can maybe help me break that. Because goddamn, at the rate im going ill never be able to even bench 250, let alone my goal of 300... doesn't help that my arms are super long either though.

Try a different style of workout....GVT or some 5x5 style workout. Each chest day each week add 5 lbs. Do restricted chest isolation only with heavier weight then you can lift free weights and start at the bottom and push/explode it up.

I have long arms as well and sticking point training works great...If I asked you to go take 225 lbs and lift it off a bench I bet you could do it....but when you bring it down to your chest, with your elbows past 90 degree's, the chances of you getting it back up are kinda low right? If you start with the weight just below 90 degree's at the elbow and you make the muscle work in that restricted (smith machine) movement, you'll get past that sticking point...and its a great size builder as well.

That's my hope with Crossfit is the explosion aspect of it. Being functionally fit and looking great while doing it is all I can ask for. If I can continually make gains I don't see myself needing to do a cycle ever

Then a crossfit style workout is what you're looking for! Keep in mind, crossfit is not a style of workout that will help you make these alleged massive gains.

I don't want to be massive, but I would like to be noticeably fit. Arnold type if big looks terrible imo. Im 6'2" and would like to be a cut 210 or so. After blowing my shoulder out though, im now down to 185 and hate it.

Depends where u get ur supps. I use liver care which is aprx. $20. For a mass gainer I recommend True Mass. U can also add Karbolyn or Carb Slam to ur shakes for extra cars/calories
