    I used to be really big into metal in high school and still jam out occasionally to it at the gym. Stuff like The Devil Wears Prada, Bleeding Through, Norma Jean, etc.

    Haha 11g fat and 14g protein...I'm sure there are kids eating that shit thinking they're gonna look like Jay Cutler, too....that being said, it does look tasty. I love a good lunchable!

    50g's of protein before 8AM today. :woot:

    trying to up my intake to ~200/day and slowly cutting out sugars :goingcrazy:

    protein shake with two scoops and milk would be about 58-60
    two eggs with a slice of eziekiel bread should be about 15 more grams.

    I'm trying to spread it out a little more than that. Aiming for 2 big servings of 50gs from shakes and then 100g from whole food. Maybe a 3rd 25g shake if i need it.

    I get 80-110g of protein from shakes s day and 100-150g from food so about 250g a day

    I get just over 1g protein per pound of body weight. About 35g per meal @ 6 meals, so about 210g total. About 80g is from shakes. Never slack on the protein!

    Yea I dont need as much as most of you guys. Im at 157lbs now so I aim for about that in protein. I do eat a ton of carbs though... Everything Ive read for ectomorphs says to pack on the carbs since we burn off fuel so fast.

    I weighed 10 lbs less than that before I started working out!

    The breasts I eat are 40g per breast, but they're the gigantic frozen ones that come in a bag from Wal Mart
