    Exactly

Yea, I don't know how it'll work out. That's why I figured I'd give it a shot for a month and see what happens. I'm doing my normal workout (Chest yesterday...threw up 285 on decline easily. Wanted to try for 300, but didn't trust the kid that was spotting me...) then throwing in a quick 3-4 exercise circuit for bis, then one for tris. If nothing changes after a month, I'll go back to my normal workout routine.

Alright, here's my unprofessional review of C4 from my shoulders/calves/bi's day today:

I ate my ground turkey pasta and a slice of whole wheat bread at 11, took C4 at 11:40, and started my work out at 12.

Mix: it was perfect. No clumps: 10/10
Taste: immaculate. I got mojito flavor and it was so damn good: 10/10
Sides: ears and face got tingly at about 15 mins in. Gotta love beta alanine. 20 mins in, full tingly activated...time to lift. Brb. Tingling went away after about 30 mins
Pump: none at all really. I was expecting a huge energy burst, but it never came: 3/10
Focus: I was somewhat focused and worked out longer than usual, nothing too crazy though: 4/10
    Come-down: Didn't crash like I did from Assault. 10/10

Overall, it was alright. I was disappointed by the lack of energy though. I was expecting to be hit with a jolt like I am with Assault, but it never came. Everything else was good. Gonna try 2 scoops for my next workout. Definitely won't be buying it again. I can see why you don't like it, Sean. I have no idea how this won the award for best pre-workout supplement of 2013

    My workout:

    barbell military press: 4 sets - 135 x 12, 10, 8, 7
    dumbbell side raises: 3 sets - 20 lb dumbbells x 10
    cable crossovers: 3 sets - 40 lbs x 10
    dumbbell shrugs: 4 sets - 100 lb dumbbells x 12
    leg press calve raises: 4 sets - 400 lbs x 25
    seated calve raises: 4 sets - 225 x 15, 225 x 15, 135 x 25, 135 x 25
    incline concentration curls: 3 sets - 20 lb dumbbells x 10 (sllllllloooooowwwww)
    preacher curl: 3 sets - 85 lbs x 10, 85 lbs x 10, 75 lbs x 10, 75 lbs x 10
    double cable biceps curls: 3 sets - 40 lbs x 10, 40 lbs x 10, 30 lbs x 10

True dat. I'm not big on supps, but Sean knows his shit, so I decided to check out the BCAA's and see what happens. I'm just skeptical of the supp. industry, so I had to do my research. I'm a firm believer in food > supps
