    Is anybody using MP Assault for pre-workout? Im currently using C4 but my body is getting used to it and its taking 3 scoops to feel anything.

    I would've taken my shirt off and flexed for her and give her the Joe Dirt: "You got somethin to say to me? Why don't you say it in the microphone. I got a backup mic right here. Check one two, testing, testing. Yup, they both workin' and guess what? They don't like no feedback, what's up?"

    I took Assault before I got on C4. IMO, C4 sucks. I went almost a full year off stims and tried C4 b/c it won the bb award for best pre of 2013. Shit didn't do anything for me. Assault was the 1st pre I ever took and it worked great for me. I just bought a tub of it from a member at our gym b/c C4 just blowz. I'll never buy C4 again. Assault, on the other hand, is great.

    You could also have developed a high tolerance for stims of you use a pre workout a lot. A lot of people tend to take a month or so off, in order to get their tolerance back down.

    Lol Sean hates it cuz I just dick off with my food. Pizza Wendy's dairy protein whipped cream, ice cream, etc.

    I drink lots of water and I have close to 200 carbs via karbolyn pre during and post iron annihilation.

    I used to be vascular and lean but my 1st 2 years of college with alcohol and dirty bulking fucked me up and got me up to 14-15% bf. Now, I'm trying to get back down to the single digits and taking it a lot more seriously...weighed in at 194 today, so I'm down 6 lbs in about 4 weeks at about a 400-500 deficit...I feel like I'm burning away all dem gainz
