you may be getting stronger but you're probably just keeping ur muscles trained and after a while you'll just be making your muscles more toned if you dont up the weight. as long as ur doing more weight each week your building muscle, dont hurt yourself tho....know ur limit

Could be stressing out your body. Going M-F is a lot of work on it. Your probably maybe (depending on your rest periods) increasing your cardiovascular levels and maybe your endurance/strength. An easy way to judge is to shorten ur rest periods and add more weight to your sets each week.
At your weight you would appear pretty small to me. Currently I'm in off season and I'm 193'ish around 11% bf and slowly dropping it to 8-9% ...10% max which is great for where I'm at for building muscle.

These pics show that anything is possible with a strict diet and training regimen.

The BB ones are from April
The last three was when I "tried" my hand at Men's Physique (fail lol) last month.

Train insane or remain the same!

When I do back, Ill start off by doing out wide pull ups prob 10 reps as a warm up(can probably do 25 straight) then ill get a weighted belt and ad 25 lbs, do that 8-10 times. do another set of 25lbs on my belt do that 8 times, go up to 35lbs on the belt, do that about 6 times. Sometimes ill add 45 lbs, sometimes ill just stay at 35 for my 4th set. This is just my first workout for back day.. So i am pretty strong for my size I guess, just don't necessarily show it.

I'll see if it fits in his busy schedule and let you know...He usually does some private dances at alternative lifestyle clubs on the weekends...if ya catch my drift.

I currently have him scheduled for a huge men's version of Victoria's Secret....Victor's Package. He'll be modeling animal print and assless chaps. Stay tuned.

Don't know if you guys can answer this for me, but I'm getting back in the gym after being out for two months because of a broken collar bone. I can work almost any muscle group (with much less weight, sucks what not exercising does to ya), EXCEPT for my chest (pushing motion, not butterfly motion) without a little bit of discomfort. Does anyone have any alternatives to, say, bench press, pushups, where I can still work my chest but not risk hurting myself (again)?

Fuck... Just weighed myself... 182. I have lost SO MUCH WEIGHT. For perspective, I was flirting with 210 in March and 195 mid summer. My framework is still there, but the mass is all gone. So ready to get back into it. Hope my body is ready for it

not to too take anything away front from the op but i just have a few fast questions: fyi im 17(senior year), 5"11, 140 and last time checked i was somewhere around 5% bf.... ive been takeing protein shakes 3 times a day and a decent amount of protein from like elk steaks, burgers..... im prepping form baseball season and lucky enough to have an assistant coach that has a degree in working out technique, diet and stuff like that. so im good there but he doesn’t like guys to be working out for the beach lol so i cant really ask him these questions im trying to get a bigger chest and go from a 6 pac to an 8. any suggestions? ( basically have a natural 4/6 pac kinda like a skinny pac haha) and benching is off limits because it screws with rotator cups so it would have to be dumbbell presses or???thanks
