Heard bad things about most of their products. Most of us will never own all of the types of equipment out there, so we have no choice but to go on the experience of others.

atleast he is honest in saying he doesnt have any hands on personal experience/problems.

AP has left a sour taste with most the eastern guys (do not want to start an AP bashing thread)
I am lucky enough to have one of their older design 1 pc bumpers and that thing is pretty stout. I am also running their Fox 2.0's and fox rear resi shocks to match my AP rear springs. The set up is great and hasn't let me down. even got everything used. I am waiting to install my AP UCA's and i have held them next to JD's TC UCA's and they are just as beefy and share the same 1" uniball. (I have the older 1" uniball set, they have changed to the 1.25" uniball with their silver uca's. i have the black ones)
I am not saying that I preffer AP oroducts to others...Just got a killer deal on my whole set up and have been happy since.
possible crap storm commin? hope not
I think you will be just fine Fred. the 2.5's are sweet

If you have heard bad things, but have no experience then where do you have room to bash? Maybe it's just me thinking that in order for someone to say something they need to have experience otherwise it's all hear say.

Fred i'd consider not going adjustable COs considering our weather, unless you keep on up cleaning them real well during the winter.

Do you have personal experience with everything on the market? Does anyone? I think not. The reality of the world is that we all have to, at some point, go by the experiences of others and i have not spoken to very many people that have been happy with the AP products, with the exception of the shackle flip kit. I wasn't bashing and not here to start a fight, come to think of it, I wasn't even speaking to you.

Paint them blue. You can still put a Fox sticker on your truck.
