They went Fedex freight, my website should have sent you out a tracking # when I entered it in the other day, did you get the tracking info?
Zach, front is done, rear is getting the tire carrier now, U bolt flip is done, and waiting on the skids from forming. When did you order the sliders, not seeing them anywhere but maybe I overlooked it; not showing off the site and I dont see any PMs regarding them. Thanks

I have this message around December of 2012 with three or four additional messages up till 29 January of this year regarding the sliders.

    "Hey Eric,

Any news on my front and rear bumper? I'd also like to get some rock rails made up for my 2011 Access Cab. I'm looking for bolt on full round stock with 1/2 width kick outs. Is the wait time for those still around 2 months? Maybe we can combine the payment and shipment of the rock rails with my bumpers, depending on when the bumpers will be done. Let me know if that will work for you. Thanks again.

    Zack"

    You quoted me:

    "Zack
Those sliders(bolt on, 1/2 size kickout, full round tube) are $539 +$20 additional shipping. Lets call them $499 + shipping since you've got all the other stuff on order.
    My paypal is relentlessfabrication@gmail.com

    Thanks
    -Eric"

...and I made the additional deposit on the 29th of January 2013. I've been patient while waiting over a year now for my bumpers and over 9 months for sliders that you don't have any record of, all while you have over a grand in deposits from me. Let me know if this is going to be a problem. I also wanted to make sure you got my change of address for shipping, I pm'd you last week.

Probably next week. Finishing some bumpers and cutting more this week, then working on sliders next week is probably the attack plan

Any word on mine Eric? Either I don't understand the build list or it hasn't been updated in a bit? Waiting on Front with summit tube, rear and sliders, all without the "R" cutout. Thanks. Max

I'll have to update it, just a little swamped at the moment. Working on hiring additional shop help, but just so happened that both of my full time shop guys were gone today so I was the only one at the shop.

They're going to be on tomorrows fastenal truck Agustin

seeing you have all these orders/ people wanting to order, when are you going to go full time/fully employed and actually have armor stocked? to be honest with you i love your bumpers and would buy one in a heart beat but shelling out money 8-12 months in advance is a bit crazy. you obviously have the demand, time to get the supply.

    No disrespect, just thoughts

Actually this is a full time business for me... I currently have 4 employees, come monday I'll have 5 in my shop. And then myself putting in 12+ hours almost every day on top of that.
It's not as simple as you make it out to be, hiring employees and growing a business. Do you have your own business; I'm just curious?
In the work I do, it is not as simple as hiring another person to pick up slack around a store/warehouse/etc. We custom fabricate every item right in our shop. I don't farm out fabrication to other shops or overseas or sell hundreds of identical items. Each bumper is hand built, no assembly lines or robots welding.
In order for me to hire new employees, I have to have a position for them to fill, in which in my line of work includes have the necessary tools/equipment for each person to complete their task. In the fabrication business those are tools and equipment that often costs thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars. Coming up with tens of thousands in capital to purchase the equipment on top of the time of training each new employee also takes time/money. And then theres the shop space to have the business; it doesnt come cheap either, and often involves multi-year leases on the space which makes it difficult to quickly expand business.

    Just some thoughts.

Oh how quickly I forget. I work in an custom aluminum sign shop, so I'm not sure why I over looked all the aspects of a fab shop. I guess my frustration of having to look at my shitty plastic bumper everyday drove me to irrational thinking. But I completely understand the situation. And if I could I would be one of your next employees in your growing business. I love fabricating and welding, and the idea of doing it on trucks is my dream, not welding up signs for Disney all day. Anyways besides the point, love your designs and hopefully I'll be ordering a DIY front and rear within the next 6 months
