    Yeah.
    I think that's just a bonus for a campground to have showers. No reason not to use your own if you have one, at least not that I can think of.

    About to install my CVT RTT & contemplating the mounting orientation. Leaning towards ladder facing the rear of truck. Thoughts?

    Depends on your set up. How tall is your rack? Can you walk under it so the rear is like a cover, or will you be banging your head? Mine is too low so I do drivers side since if I grab stuff from the cab I usually do it from the drivers side anyways.

    It’s all about size... I made a build thread cuz I really don’t have carpentry skills and it proves anyone can do it. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...-diy-camping-drawers-pic-heavy-thread.554249/

    How much overhang does the m49 and m60 have on our trucks if mounted in the bed?

    I have the M49. It hangs 7" over the end of the long bed. I think the M60 is for a full size truck. I dont know any info on that.

    @inesshell had the M55

    That’s the one I was thinking of. Nice and small and fun enough. There was a reason I didn’t get it but I forget the reason haha

    Day 3 or our WABDR trip is posted - our run from south of Ellensburg to just north of Cashmere (through Leavenworth, just a few days before Northwest Overland Rally, so extra expo). Read all about it, with lots of pictures:

    Went out to Seeley Lake, MT yesterday and had a good time. I got back and made a rack for my trailer. No more being limited by the rtt on the truck

    Is there a reason why I see more half racks (in terms of height) apposed to full racks when mounting the RTT? Is it because people dont want the tent to hang over a rack-less cab?

    Was able to sneak down to CVT yesterday and get a tent installed on my 4runner. Took a little longer than I had anticipated, but I guess they have a new condensation mat and had to come up with a solution for it moving around a little. I will snap some pictures this weekend of what it looks like, but pretty different than the prior one.

    Tent wise, got a red Rainier, summit series with annex. It's probably a little bigger than what my girlfriend and I need, but for the cost, I didn't mind spending a little more for all that room. Can't wait to get out to the mountains!
