Agreed, but like I said, it might be worth the $10 for white plastidip and some masking tape. If it looks bad or gets messed up, just peel it off. Obviously doing the entire bumper in derp would be a no-no, but just doing the upper portions helps change the look dramatically. Makes it look like the 1st gens

Does the trimmed air dam help with fuel economy? I thought about trimming mine and putting it back on to possibly gain an mpg, just wondering if its worth cutting and putting back on

Looks so much better. Wheels and tires make such a huge difference, not just in appearance, but the height of your truck too. Just makes it feel taller

Maybe I'm the only one, but I like my bearded SR. Best looking grill, best looking stock bumper.

I like bearded tacos in MGM. White is a bit much for me. I honestly believe they should have done a throwback where the the top part of the bumper is color keyed and the bottom is black. I kinda wish the bumper was metal. I guess I'm just partial to the first gens.IMG_6964.jpg

Sorry, I have no idea. I’m only on my first tank of gas, truck is brand new and I don’t think the air dam will make too much of a difference for me where I live. We are stuck on a little island and speed limit on the highway is 50. What I can tell you is that I just did a 30 mile round trip, which is a pretty good drive for me and the truck is showing 19.5 mpg.

Wanna take a ride with me in my SR 2.7/5MT Utility? Getting the mail is a 3 mile round trip on a hilly, winding AR flint rock county road. This is only 1 mile of it.

can't remember if that truck is a Tacomaworld member or not.
sort of reminds me of a guy on here, he changes his wheels and tires and stuff quite often and it always looks super sharp
