I’ll have a look when I get home. Far too busy to do it during work.

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
I looked again and was unable to find that specific "sub-assy." part listed.

The stock skid plate bolts up to those cross-member braces, so the torque for the skid plate will be the torque for those pieces.

Take a look at these diagrams and you'll see the torque spec listed @ 22 ft/lbs for all the bolts that connect to the sub-assy. braces:
    upload_2024-6-11_10-34-37.png

One the attached PDF - page 11/16 shows the Sub-Assenbly* and bolt that connect to the sub-assy. pieces you're asking about.

Here is a pic of how big the bolts with washers are
Perhaps Frame and lower radiator support section?

Sorry dude - perhaps someone with better resources or a searchable FSM will have better luck than myself.

I checked all the Radiator, Front Bumper assy., Suspension, Exterior and Engine assy. guides and could not find those specific brace pieces listed anywhere. There are over 1,400 individual pages in the FSM with no easy way to search through without opening each page.

You could also measure the bolts and cross-reference any marks on the bolt head to determine what "class" it is using the attached FSM guide, then set your torque settings on the class rating. From what I could find (so far) with the skid plate diagrams, I'm guessing you'll be between 20-25 ft/lbs (which is not a lot).

That torque isn't listed in the collision repair manual.
What is he looking for exactly?

perhaps the torque #s for that brace is located within the FSM instructional for the rack replacement
nevertheless i did get it back together properly thanks to everyone help
    TY!

Thank you for this! It made it easy for me to torque my lower ball joint bolts!

Why is the simple brake caliper bolt torque so hard to find anywhere? I have a 2007 Tacoma with 2W drive, four cyl. basic truck. The torque spec that are for a 2006 model are here on the site, but look, it shows 80 ft/lbs for the caliper bolts. These are two small bolts with 14 mm heads. No way they get 80 pounds.
