    I saw a side by side of Negan on TV and Negan in the books and JDM looks sickly compared to him. Like he lost too much weight for the role. He killed it in terms of commanding the screen but he should've put on a few more pounds. Maybe he will thicken up before next season...

    I didn't realize he was also currently in The Good Wife. He probably shot this one scene for TWD on short notice and didn't fully prepare himself (body-wise) for it. I bet he starts looking better next season

    I'm sure it won't happen, but it would be awesome if the Fear TWD group became "the whispers" and they merged shows after the Negan story line progresses...

    Yeah I don't think that's gonna happen, Fear is at the beginning of the outbreak, TWD is about 2 years ahead & then in the book it jumped about another 2 years after the war with Negan then we see the whisperers. I guess it's possible they could make a jump in the show but doubt it.

    New issue already up. Pretty good. I've never read the letters page at the end but for some reason decided to tonight. There was an inadvertent spoiler to who Negan kills in the show. Bummer, although we all know it's coming...

    From the trailer (and what I was hinting at in the other thread) if they get all the way through the story line to having Negan in jail already they are going to zoom through this whole arc. I had been thinking Negan would be the end of the show, I didn't think the whispers would be part of television but it looks like they are really ramping up to that happening.

    I can dig it :thumbsup:

    Now why hasn't comicmad updated the most recent comic :annoyed:

    Yeah I saw the bars like a jail cell. I was thinking of the Tiger & King Ezekiel but I already figured that last season with the guy that saved Carol & Morgan, also the guy at the barn. They both had on what looked to be armor.

    Comicmad needs to step their game up. The took forever to get through the whole thing...

    Now I kind of hope what I am speculating from the Season 7 trailer is actually true so they can get to the whisperers this season. I don't think they will but it's really weird that they had that cage in there if they don't plan on getting to that part of Negan's story. Just seems rushed :notsure:

    I'm interested to see how Negan/Carl will play out since in the book Carl is still like 12 where in the show he is like 18 and annoying AF. I don't think that dynamic is going to work as well on screen...

    Do you think that promo spot was for the 1st half of the season or for the full? If it is just for the first half that would give them 7ish eps to work their way through Negan/Savior's story/war and the 2nd half for the Saviors...

    I think that was just a tease and we will actually get a long slow build up for the first half and then the war in the 2nd half maybe culminating in that scene from the preview with the cage :notsure:

    Season 8 can be the Whisperers...
