I'm thinking about buying this tacoma, what do yall think?

If you want those Mods, and the truck checks out when you look at it... 16,000 is KBB price for that truck in "good" condition, without mods. I'd offer 13,000 to start with man. Personally, I wouldn't pay over 14,000 for it. Too many miles, and too much moding not done by me...

Well... have an offer for 14,000 cash. Guy is coming on saturday. At this point I am doing first come first serve, since I had to wait 2 weeks to get a clear title from citizens. I am ready to put this money towards new taco for mods and to bring down payments.
