Thoughts on 37s

No, it had the stock tires on for about a day, then I went with 33's at first. This trainwreck of a build didn't happen overnight, took a few years.

 

I was wanting 35's now debating 37's, I need to get off this site or stay away from the SAS section

 

Anything smaller than 37s?

Define "set you up with them" please. and can you correlate what that means to price? lol

 

We have tires from $50 for spares to $200 for 100% mtr's otherwise the BAJA and mt are $175 for 100% and we have a bunch other tread depths between those prices. We have the biggest military tire contract in the country.

 

And i can talk to the boss about a tacoma works deal.

Not any more, that's why there are so many in the Surplus system. They moved to the BFG Baja (built on the race carcass) for higher load capacity as the up armor hmmwv's are really fucking heavy. I've got a set of the goodyear MT's you can have if you want them. They are about 40%, but you can regroove them with a hot knife. You can get the 16.5" steelies (non-beadlock) for about $75 each through summitracing.

 

Wow I didn't know that... Are they standard issue MT/Rs? I'd imagine they'd be more than load range E...

 

Right now they use the older style mtr and BAJA and both of them come in load range E or D. The mtr sidewall is like stock compared to the bfg BAJA.

 

So I can get a load range D 37" MT/R with 100% tread for $200?! Holy wut
