Hey guys, so im currently running 35s, and other then backspacing change im only rubbing the frame a slight amount full lock. Im thinking it shouldnt be to bad to fit 37s since ive already heavily removed cab mount and beat in the firewall to endless results and 3 inches out of my fenders. the only question after reading the forums is the ability to adjust the lower control arm forward an Inch. I read this a couple times but would like to know more about doing that. thanks so much. also been following alot of your rides for a while and homertaco and spoonman have talked to me a couple times along the way !

I didn't adjust my LCAs so I can't help you there. I don't believe that any amount of bashing on the firewall or cutting of the cab mount will give you enough room. I'm pretty certain the only way to make it work is to relocate the cab mount and tub. Feel free to prove me wrong though

Max out the caster (even on both sides). On the driver side when facing the headlight, turn the front cam fully counter-clockwise, and the rear cam opposite. Get the two front LCA cam bolt heads closest to each other, and the rear cams furthest apart. Passenger side reverse of that. This pushes the lower end of the spindle forward an inch. It also rakes out the front end like a dirt bike, allowing for better high speed dirt handling at the cost of a slightly twitchy feel on pavement. I also do zero degrees of toe in for better turn in on dirt, but on crowned roads you have to correct slightly.

I rode my bike to work today, but I can steal pics from the webz.

See the slot? You want the center of the hole as inboard as possible. (front cam)
    IMG_19662_632627a52b45148216145496dde8128c7dc86a31.jpg

Kinda like this. The rear cam is opposite, pushed out as far as possible in the slot. If you loosen both cams and pull forward hard on the end of the LCA, they kind of slide into place. (pro tip: once you get your alignment figured out and are happy with how it handles, tack weld the cams in place at the 6 oclock position! Otherwise they'll flatten your alignment tabs if you whoop on it much.)

that looks so clean you'd think it was an option when you bought the truck. did you do it yourself or have a shop do it?

So who's gonna start the "thoughts on 40's" because I know I'd like some 40's on my truck.
