I still rub the frame at full turn, but Ill live with that over putting wheel spacers in. Remember this is only a mid travel kit so my up travel isn't as much. Ill know more once I get it in the hills though. So far I haven't rubbed anywhere else. Either way I don't mind a little rubbing when Im bound up.

I can see why the Arctic Truck guys just cut the frame and move the suspension forward a couple of inches... I bet that is a pita too though, motor mounts, steering, drive shaft etc.

Wheel offset helps too. Mine are 3.5" backspacing, with a 1/2" spacer making the wheels 3" BS. The drawback is with LT, I'm 91" wide outside tire to outside tire.

I was looking at that exact setup. Maybe years down the road I'll have them on my taco.

For sure that would be easiest. I think you are now the official IFS tire size king on TW.

Nah, Walla Walla is full of Toys on monster tires. It's funny how builds are very region specific, mostly due to local terrain. My Taco sucks in the snow and mud. The FJ80 on 33's will out wheel it, but on open ground it shines. It's largely useless here, lol.

I moved this all over to my build page. After all this is " Thoughts on 37's" Not 39.5's

I'll just leave this here.. it's my mall crawler on 37s. I've yet to trim/cut the truck in any way to clear the tires.
I'm sure many will hate it and I'm not one to really care b/c I built it for me. Just really proud of my work.
