Wow Im stressed just seeing your picture... I did this and it was no easy job. Good luck! Just for the future, its easier to cut relief cuts and push that wall back then cutting the whole thing out. Of course you still have to cut and remove the floor though.

Yeah I had to trim a little off the glassworks. The inner lip directly above the tire gnarfed at full stuff as well. The body moves on the frame more than you think (on hard hits/g-outs).

Looks good, you went higher up in the front as well! That's something I've been wanting to do as well. If I steer in- in the front I have only about 3" of uptravel. I'm thinking of tubbing my whole inner fender about 1.5 - 2" higher and then also do what you did with the front corners next to the radiator support

Edit: did you relocate your batt?

Haven't relocated the battery yet, stock location works just fine with the tub job. Eventually going to mount dual batteries in the bed. I didn't do the tub job, Metalwerx in Hickory NC did. Learning some fab/welding is on the to do list but with being gone 280 days out of the year I like to come home and use the truck. Scott at Metalwerx is a super friendly guy and I have nothing but good things to say so far. Once the regear is complete I'll write up my experience with ECGS and Metalwerx.
