I imagine it would hold up better than you think - that stuff is incredibly durable.

If it didn't, just take it back in and tell them to fix it. :D

I have a rhino lining. I use my truck on the farm and havnt had any problem with it tearing. But if you want to go cheaper, you can get rubber bed mats that wont let stuff slide around and they are easy to take in and out.

Light bar and bumper guard, 3/16 steel skid plates for engine, tranny and transfer box, OME 881 springs with 5100 shocks at mid clip. AAL in rear. Positraction rear diff.
I've had Rhino and another name I can't remember and the last truck I had done was from Arma. I also had them spray the body kick panels on the sides, down were rock sliders would be. It was on my 2004 GMC Z71 and I think the total cost was $600 maybe more. Keeps rocks from dinging the paint down there, so far so good. My 2004 Tacoma had a spray liner when I purchased it last year.

My bed is line-x'd and I have never noticed a difference sliding stuff out on that medium versus bare metal.

And it's impossible to tear. In fact I've beaten the crap out of the line-x with cinder blocks, metal, wood, and all sorts of debris and other than a bit of color fading, it looks brand new.

Like a couple of others have said, I'm pleased with my Rhino lining. Had it on my previous '92 pickup too. (Was happy with it there too.)
