I'm looking to get one of these as well, have you noticed any problems at all? Leaking, pain in the ass to take down?

Granted ive only had it for a week now but no no problems yet. Ive been through some heavy rain and a automatic cash wash a few times ( im lazy ). Also super easy to take down once you have done it a couple times. Id highly recommend. Im waiting for my all pro over the top bed rack to get here that will go around my topper :yay:

Takes 30 secs to fold and 2 mins to pull the whole thing off. The window stays surprising cleaner to see through. Been through plenty of rain storms and the only 2% leak spots are around the front corners.

Barcelona red! Same here, it's actually your picture that made me want to look into the soft topper.

Ordered my Leer 100XQ on Friday last week, I will post up pics soon. Needed it for my sales job, never been a fan of the camper top, but necessity won me over. The price however made me contemplate for several months. With the roof rack rails and cross bars, the topper cost me cost to $2700.

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
Yeah, that's with hard toppers too. Just a silly design of the front of the box imo.

Do you have any more details/shots of your storage solution? I like the idea of having the edges and middle seperated and would like to end up doing something similar...

Hey sorry @sodaryl was out of town for part of the weekend. Yep, I have more pictures from the build phase which shows the breakdown of the bin system. There are two large storage bins up front and then 2 along the sides, aside from the two drawers. The drawer on the right is wider by design to fit my camp stove and Rubbermaid with cooking gear and bin for clothes. Let me see if I can dig up the pictures. I'll post them soon as I can find them.

@sodaryl Here's what I could find from the build. I engineered it to be 3 main structural pieces, so I can take it out if I need the cargo room. I made lids out of 3/4 ply for each of the compartments. They are all just friction fit and covered in carpet. I debated on hinges but with the mattress in there, it makes hinges nearly impossible. I have a memory foam mattress from Ikea that rolls up with a little bit of effort and makes getting to all of the compartments a breeze.

Thanks, I ended up sanding everything down and finishing it with ebony stain and a couple of poly coats. I used furniture wax for the bottom of the drawers and slides. It's cheap but it works great for the cost. You can build the whole thing for about $200. You could go more expensive with slides but it gets quite expensive and you would lose some drawer width. When I was researching it I think 4 ft slides were running around $100 a pair.

    None.

What's the .1% it isn't great? When hauling big items like a couch when moving for example

Here is my inferno with the premo ARE top. I had the Yakama rail system installed at the factory. Led lights inside. Guys at truck stop talked me into a remote locking tailgate mechanism, which I really like. Toyota should have that as a stock item.IMG_1043.jpg
