    Yes, will haul 450 lbs of whatever you put on them. My only concern is with frequent on/off the truck action wearing out the aluminum threads in the adapters. Wish they were sleeved with stainless but just get an extra set if you take it off and on very often. Here's mine on the old truck & will fit same way on "new" 08.................
