Maybe the shock mounts are loose?

Check all bolts in the suspension. Possibly a bad shock, maybe a loose rear wheel bearing. Jack up the rear wheels and give the tires a shake to check for play in the wheel bearings. I had one make a rattling noise on bumps. It also had a roaring sound that got louder with speed. It sounded kind of like mud tires. If you have loud exhaust or aggressive tires you might not notice the roaring noise from a failing bearing.

Make sure your spare tire is tight too. I had one wiggle loose on my dodge and it would clunk around.

Get underneath your truck while a friend bounces it up and down to replicate the sound. Repeat until you find the source. It could literally be a 100 different things. Not easily diagnosed on an online forum.
