Tie Rod HELP!!

    6" fabtech lift, king coilovers, 5125 rear bilsteins, 2.5" skyjacker softride leaf springs, 33x12.50 toyo mt's, 15x10 ion alloy powdercoat wheels, downey fiberglass front end, k&n air filter, flowmaster dual exhaust, factory e-locker
    My tie rod end is beginning to go out, are these fairly easy to fix? Any suggestions on what brand of tie rod to buy, and will brand really make a big difference?
