timing belt vs. timing chain question

    Nice video, yet not detailed enough for me to feel 100% comfortable doing it myself. Most likely I will hire a Toyota Guy who has done it many times.We shall see.

    One more question re the cam and crank seals.

    I plan to replace the crank seal.

    How many miles are the cam seals good for? I prefer NOT to change them if they will last 160K as that is when the next belt change will happen.
