tinted headlight covers?

    is it legal to tint out your headlights in CA? And if you can, to what extent?

    yea, as long as its posted in the suspension section its legal.


    actually, i dont believe so, pretty sure its illegal to modify lights. Check the CA motor vehicle code. It is very specific.

    No prob, probably just avoid tinting to so you dont catch attention from the LEO's and that your light output is at its full potential.

    Also, you can try the BHLM (black headlight mod) for a darker look.

    I see them tinted all the time, even on a military base. Just as long as its not too dark. I'd say go for it man.

    really?? the headlights? It seems that would reduce the light output, however I guess if you dont drive much at night (especially back roads) shouldn't matter
