Tinted Lights

Ive been wondering about tinting my head/tail lights and I've read the DiY thread at http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/technical-chat/681-smoked-headlights.html But I don't feel very comfortable doing it myself. Any suggestions on good after market products or weather or not having them tinted would work well. I talked to a buddy of mine that does tinting and he said It would get the look but it would be relatively expensive. ideas?

 

Something like this. Allot of guys running gto covers on there cars here look real good. Good idea cause if you end up not liking them you can just take them off.
