I have same issue. I have tried all the listed "fixes" to no avail. I have also reset to stock and started over. I have a hunch that it may have something to do with iMessages (for iPhone users) but not sure yet.

I gave up. I have never been so uncomfortable in my entire life. I traded for a RAM and lost $5 grand. Expensive life lesson to do my research before i shell out 35,000 on something. Dumb move on my part. I only have myself to blame.

The difference is freaking amazing. It is night and day as far as comfort.

Go to settings on your iPhone and hit Bluetooth, under “my devices” tap the “i” with the blue circle that is your Bluetooth connection to your Tacoma, make sure your “show notifications” is toggled green and you’ll be go to go!

I have tried that numerous times and had to shut off iMessage to get mine to work.

Exactly, the seat is like a sliding board in stock form, lifting the front would seem to help level it out.

Nope. Lift the rear. Lifting front would be counter productive. Think about it!

I have, the front is too low and I am constantly having to shift myself back.

Everyone is different, lifting the rear of the seat would make things worse for me.

Then spend some cash lifting the front. When you realize the error there are a bunch of places here to get rear seat risers.

Its not an error brother, I slide forward in the seat now, if I jack the rear up it will make it worse.

My Fiat Spider has a thigh bolster adjustment at the front of the seat cushion. I had the bolster all the way up and my right leg was cramping up just like in the Tacoma. So I tried an experiment: I adjusted the thigh bolster all the way down. It helped at lot! Yesterday I drove 2 hours each way and my leg didn’t tire or cramp.

That gives me hope that leveling the rear of the cushion with the front might work on the Tacoma as well. I’ll try adding some washers to the rear of the seat first.

Not sure if this has been mentioned on here, but the rear view mirror placement has always bugged me in how low it was. I’m a tall guy and it was always obstructing my view. It only took me 3 years to figure out that there is a height adjustment and can be pushed up higher about an inch or so.

You literally just grab a hold of the mirror from both sided and lift up. If you look behind the mirror there is a bar, you can also just grab the middle of the bar and push up.
