in a bar, maybe... but at home, most beer comes in 12 ounce bottles or cans, so the size of the glass being 16 or 20 doesn't matter.

It does matter when I buy predominantly bombers and growlers.

well then it matters for you, but not for most people. most beer sold in the US (outside of bars) is sold in 12oz cans or bottles.

How about you guys start another beer thread so I don't have to unsubscribe from this one and miss something that's actually on topic.

    I've certainly learned something here.

    Thanks !

While I very seldom drink beer anymore, due to my low carb effort to loose weight (which is working great), back when I did drink a lot of beer it was usually straight from the bottle, at home. I'd learned to enjoy a frosty long necked bottle. That's been my preference even when I ordered a beer in a bar or restaurant. I suspect that my tastes are firmly ingrained. Old habits, and all that...

Something like this would be plug and play:

This one is more permanent though I honestly don't know if it'll even fit in the spot where our 12v socket is, but I'm sure something like it out there will work:

Push in the black tabs, but really why would you disassemble the dash to replace the 12v outlet when you could either pop in one of those plug and play units or if you are hell bent on pulling the dash why not add the above circuit next to the outlet, unless you have every switch in there known to man?

I didn't know whether to post this here or in the maintenance thread, but here goes. The center display on my dash said something like "brake system malfunction override, please visit dealer". So I checked the master cylinder and it was low :crapstorm: So I added fluid and got a little too much in, so again :crapstorm: This made it so the truck would not start and I had to remove the extra and disconnect the battery to reset the computer before it would start. So, check your fluid once in a while and don't over fill it.
