Looks like you already got it but Kano Kroil is the best thing I have ever used.

I understand about the leaking gas if it was not for that I would go with heat.
It took a while before I gave into it but now I am sold. I heat the bolt or nut just to change collor, let it cool just e little then I can ratchet them right out. The expansion and heat breaks the rust bond. I have been able to get parts loose the Mechanic said could not be done.
I also keep a fire extinguisher, and water hose on quick stand by.

Looks awesome. I also recently read a scientific analysis that showed a 50/50 mix of acetone and automatic transmission fluid is one of the best concoctions of penetrating fluid

Kroil or 50/50 acetone and trans fluid are my go-to remedies. Both are better than PB Blaster. Then, low pressure air impact and let it thud slowly on them in reverse, then a quick hit forward on some, then back into reverse.

If that fails, torch time if it can be used safely.

Mine is too much for lug nuts and it is a 650. How much PSI? I am running 150 and it is rediculous.

one trick I have for rust seized bolts and nuts is to tap them with a hammer, as it will break some of the rust in the threads. Heat sometimes work too

But sometimes rust is stubborn and there's nothing to do other than drill and tap :(

I'm working on a bed swap and the same thing happened to 2 of the bolts on my truck. The welded nuts are spinning inside the crossmember.

How should I proceed with removal?

ATF with acetone works better than kroil or PB blaster, have used all three. Never heard of it till I joined this site. I mix a dab in a cup as needed and use a small paintbrush to apply. So far, hasn't failed from engine block bolts to bush hog blade bolts.
