    Hi,

Sorry, I'm a bit new to the forums. I'm looking to get some BFG 265/70/17 for my 2016 Tacom. Can anyone give me some advice on where would be the best place to purchase these from? Should I just buy them online, from a shop?

Also, where would be the best place to get these installed?

    Thanks in advance!

I'm no expert, but I feel like the best prices I've seen on BFG's (both KO2 and KM2) were at Costco

Costco gives best price for KO2. Mounted and balanced I think will be around $900.

But also check out @Vanguard thread as mentioned above. Think there are rebates available for Duratracs!

I dunno about Oahu, but in Kona, they're pretty expensive. I think they're the only place that carries Coopers locally (Kona). but I might end up ordering them off Amazon anyway. lol

I read something about Costco not installing if the tires aren't authorized for the vehicle? If anyone could help me shed some light on this that would be awesome. Thanks!

I thought there were a couple guys here saying that Costco wouldn't install if it's 1/2" over stock size or something? funny thing is, the Kona Costco told me to just bring in my tires, whatever size, and they'll mount it (I asked about 255/85/16) with all the same warranties as if I bought tires through them. I dunno if this is just a braddah-braddah deal action, or it's just a new policy.

Costco is great, but it took them over 2 hours to mount mine at Kapolei; I was the first in line...WTF, didn't get your coffee yet?

I believe m&b are included in the price, but might have disposal fee.

costco wont install 3% larger then OE size if you dont have that larger tire on the vehicle already.

the way around it is to bring the wheels in off the vehicle get the tires installed then install it on your truck your self. then from there on you can bring your truck in for the free rotate/balance and flat repairs

i used to work at costco many years ago.

what tires are you looking for? i can get quotes toyos/nexen/federals/goodyear and some other brands.

Oh nice thanks for the info!

    I'm looking for BFG 265/70/17 Grade C.

I'm probably going down there to check it out tomorrow.
