Can 17" tires and wheels be installed on a 2019 Toyota Tacoma OF? If so, how wide of a tire will the OF take without limiting turning radius, etc. I've read that the OF comes with 16".

In for pictures of the OF model.

Regardless of model, Fitment has as much to do with wheel specs as tire size.

IMHO how the truck is used determines the type of tire to be selected. Once you know that, you can start to reverse engineer into wheel specs and tire sizes.

    Assuming you mean OR.

But a 265/75/16 or a 265/70/17 will fit your srock rig with 16" or 17" OEM wheels without issue.

Depending on offset, width and back spacing so will most aftermarket wheels with the same tire size

0mm offset can fit you up to a 275/75/17 with very minor modification to wheel well (heat up flimsy plastic and push back with glove, takes 5 minutes and stays stock).

SCS Ray 10s w/ -12mm offset on 265/75/16 Falken Wildpeak AT3W Pro grille and raptor lights, tailgate letter inserts, plastidip chrome emblems. Considering: BHLM and swapping out interior and license plate lights for LEDs
I assume with a -12mm offset and a 265/75/16 tire some trimming will be in order then? Im running all stock now, but have some new wheels coming in and am wanting to go with the 265/75. Ive read some people had issues, others didnt seem too..

I believe the people that make it work are running 0mm
