Recently got a DCSB 17' TRD OR and wanting to change tires to some Nittos. Does anyone know if changing to a 265 75 16 will fit the stock suspension or do I need some modifications? Also would like to add some wheel spacers so what brand/size do you guys use? Thanks!

That tire size is about the max that people have fitted on a stock height 4x4 taco. Mine barely scraped the plastic wheel well if i hit a hard bump while turning but otherwise they do fit without any problems i say go for it.

i have been looking at Amazon reviews for wheel spacers. im a bit skeptical, the bolts dont seem to thread fully? read the reviews

    OP, welcome to TW!
Bora or Spidertrax spacers. This is not the place to save a few bucks, IMO.
You can try the search function at the upper right for lots of threads on spacers. Just type in "Spidertrax" or "Bora", then check the boxes for "Search titles only" and "Search this forum only". Good luck, and enjoy the truck!

Edit: and for future reference, here is a post by one of the moderators (@tcBob himself!) about tire size:
