To "wax" or not to "wax" ?

    Question. I got wax on some of the plastic so now there is white on the black plastic here and there. How do I get it off ?:confused: Thanks.

    Thanks. I now see there are a few answers to this already. Should have read more carefully. I'll check out the Back to Black. Does it remove the white or just cover it up - and it is still there underneath ?

    I rubbed mine on there pretty well and it seemed to take it off. I don't know if anyone else on here has used it or not, but I like it. Just make sure you apply it evenly or it might streak. But the white wax came off the black plastic just fine.

    ... ^^^ ... I forgot about Liquid Glass. That stuff has been out forever in that funky looking can and worked great when I was a kid.

    I will look for it in stores and try it again.

    I also wax my whole truck!!:eek:Eagle One spray wax!!! You spray it on be for you dry your taco!!wash,rinse, Wet Taco, spray on Eagle One wax and dry! awesome way to wax your Tacoma!!!:D

    If you are talking about the white residue then use some back to black or Meguires trim detailer they both work well on bare black plastic and no more wax residue!
