The big difference i see is charging an arm and a leg for P90X. You can start CrossFit with a home made pull up bar and some rings and go to town. I have a little over $500 in my home gym that i built up over time. When i started, I had $15 in it.

Yea, but crossfit gyms are super expensive, up to $100 a month.

Hmmmmm. I think i'll try that tomorrow. How long did it take?
I'm gonna shoot for under 25 mins.
I'm gonna have to sub sumo DLHPs for the rowing though.

The middle section of Murph (after the first mile) usually takes me around 20 mins. It looks pretty close.
    100 pullups
    200 pushups
    300 squats

My workout today was pretty weak. :(
    4x15 flat bench
    2x15 incline
    2x15 decline
    4x15 flys
Couldn't do tri's, my right elbow was hurting something fierce.

I've been doing a UFC style conditioning camp three times a week. Its killer but, I'm glad to say I'm down 15 lbs in the month I've been doing it.
