Hi! So I have a cover that came with the truck and there's a gap that I want to close of so it wouldn't be possible to reach the string to open it. Otherwise getting a lockable handle is just pointless. Anyone have any idea what could work, or maybe some manufacturer is selling these, I can't seem to find what brand is this...
    Thanks!

I’m guessing that tonneau is not made for a 2nd gen Taco. It looks like it’s too wide and doesn’t drop down properly between the bed rails.

That looks like a “ I made it work” cover.

What cover is this? I'm looking for one that folds all the way up, and doesn't have the gap the OP has.

Bakflip. I bought it off craigslist for $350 about 20 minutes after I bought the truck.
